GOOD EGG CAFE & DELI

Dear Good Egg Cafe, I am writing on behalf of my mom to share a mixed experience. The staff are lovely, and the coffee is amazing. However, today there was a misunderstanding with my dad's order due to his dementia. When we asked to remake the coffee, the staff were accommodating. Unfortunately, it seemed the kitchen staff didn't understand English and got frustrated, throwing the wrong coffee cups in the sink in anger and she was shouting on front staff As customers, we could see this and it made us uncomfortable and your front staff was uncomfortable too with the lady in kitchen . We're highlighting this because it wasn't the front staff's fault; they provided great customer service. We appreciate your staff's kindness and hope you can support them in communication. We love your cafe and coffee, but hope you'll address the kitchen staff's behavior. Best, Alessia

Delicious breakfast — the avocado and egg sandwich, along with the Spanish omelette, were excellent. The staff were very friendly, and the portions were generous. Left feeling full and satisfied. Highly recommended

Had the most fluffiest amazing pancakes with my partner. A stack of 3 pancakes with cream, ice cream and berries. Along with each layer had banana and apple slices in between. Only qualm more maple syrup in between the pancakes. Friendly staff and quick service

Stopped by this morning to have brekky here. We ordered three breakfast meals, coffee and juice. I had a scrambled egg and avocado and got a side of haloumi, the entire dish came with a delicious dukkah seasoning and was absolutely scrumptious. The service was really friendly and the coffee was sensational, I had another afyer my brekky :) 10/10 will recommend to anyone, we will be back!

I had an amazing experience this morning at The Good Egg Cafe! The coffee was absolutely divine, and I was so impressed that I ordered twice. The service was top-notch - quick, efficient, and friendly. We order juice coffee and milk shake and food . The staff, particularly one of the girl were super fast and handled the crowded cafe with ease. She was serving customers with a smile and chatting with everyone, making the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. Despite the crowd, she managed to keep everything running smoothly.
